Usher and Chris Brown Top Billboard's Monthly Boxscore With $77.4 Million September, a First for a Co-Headlining Act

Usher and Chris Brown's co-headlining stadium trek, 'The R&B Tour,' has topped Billboard's monthly Top Tours chart, grossing $77.4 million from 423,000 tickets sold across just 10 shows in September, according to Billboard Boxscore — leading the ranking in both revenue and attendance.

It is the first time a co-headlining act has reached No. 1 on the monthly chart since it launched in 2019.

Across its first 36 shows, the tour has grossed $284.7 million and sold more than 1.5 million tickets — already eclipsing the entire $183.9 million gross of Usher's previous 'Past, Present, Future' tour and closing in on the $295.5 million generated by Chris Brown's record-breaking 'Breezy Bowl XX.'

Despite four recent cancellations, the trek is scheduled to resume in Atlanta on November 5. Billboard notes the pair could ultimately cross $400 million and challenge the record for the highest-grossing co-headlining tour in history.
