San Francisco Ballet Stages The Sleeping Beauty January 29 to February 7 at War Memorial Opera House
San Francisco Ballet brings The Sleeping Beauty to the War Memorial Opera House in San Francisco, California, from January 29 to February 7, 2027.
Former artistic director Helgi Tomasson's production, after Marius Petipa, is set to one of Tchaikovsky's most opulent ballet scores: the Lilac Fairy, Aurora's Rose Adagio and the wedding pas de deux remain touchstones of the classical repertoire. The ballet is part of the company's 2026/27 season, for which single tickets went on sale October 5.
The War Memorial Opera House is located at 301 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102. Tickets are available through San Francisco Ballet's official website and Ticket Services at 415-865-2000, priced by performance and seating section.
