The criminal complaint charges that on October 8, 2026, Palazzolo sent V-1 a message via Facebook in which he wrote that he had “put a hit out” on V-1 and that Patel was a “dead mf too.” Following the FBI's interview of Palazzolo, he continued to harass a Detroit FBI agent by phone, threatening to come to the office and “use deadly force against every single one of you government officials.”
Palazzolo appeared in federal court on the afternoon of October 30 and was temporarily detained. A detention hearing was set for November 2.
