Kevin Federline's Second Unpaid Card Bill Surfaces: Bank of America's $12,186 Suit Dismissed, $117,704 Case Pending

Kevin Federline was hit with another unpaid credit card bill after the child support payments from his ex-wife Britney Spears ended, Page Six revealed exclusively on October 30: Bank of America sued him in Honolulu, Hawaii, in February over $12,186.64 he allegedly owed the bank.
Bank of America also asked the court to determine whether Federline owed interest, reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, including the $155 filing fee. Page Six confirmed that Bank of America filed to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice in June, indicating the amount owed had been paid. Representatives for Federline did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
It is the second bank suit to surface in days: Page Six reported earlier this week that City National Bank has sued Federline for $117,704 he allegedly owes. The bank claims he signed the agreements for a credit card, a line of credit and an overdraft line in the same month Spears' payments stopped; his card debt came due this past August, the credit line last June and the overdraft line in April, with unpaid interest claimed at 20.5%, 7.5% and 18% respectively.
Federline, 48, was married to Spears from October 2004 to July 2007. They share two sons, Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19. He initially received $40,000 a month in child support; after Sean Preston turned 18 in September 2023 the payments dropped to $20,000 a month until Jayden James turned 18. Spears' obligation ended in November 2024. The family has lived in Hawaii since August 2023.
