In Denver, Denver County, Colorado, Denver International Airport released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance report on November 2, describing how sustainability, equity, operational excellence and customer experience factor into its decisions and long-term strategy. Interim CEO Dave LaPorte said the report reflects the airport's continued commitment to long-term stewardship and to being a responsible, transparent community partner.

The airport handled a record 82.4 million passengers in 2025, a slight increase over the prior year. Energy measures completed by late 2025 are projected to save 35 million kilowatt-hours of electricity each year, and a food and gift card drive raised nearly $65,000 for TSA and other federal employees affected by the government shutdown.

The 2025 Colorado economic impact study found the airport contributes $47.2 billion a year to the state's economy, up 40.9% from the prior study, supporting 244,172 jobs and $15.9 billion in payroll. Aircraft operations rose 1.5% to more than 705,000, international passengers reached 5.9% of total traffic, and the airport's total net position grew to $2.6 billion, an increase of $405.4 million or 18.3%. The full report is on the airport's website.
