NetJets to Expand Columbus Headquarters: 365,000 Square Feet and About 800 Jobs, Completion in Early 2029

Monday, November 2, 2026 · Society · GSM News

In Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, private jet company NetJets announced on November 2 that it will expand its global headquarters campus at 4111 Bridgeway Avenue in Columbus, adding 365,000 square feet across two buildings, including additional office space and a dedicated employee training center, along with a new parking garage and expanded dining and event facilities. If legal and regulatory approvals go according to plan, construction will wrap up in early 2029.

The company said the expansion will help it meet rising demand and evolving expectations of NetJets owners while accommodating future growth and maintaining its position as the worldwide leader in private aviation. The project is expected to add roughly 800 jobs to its existing 2,400 employees. NetJets thanked the city of Columbus, the Columbus Regional Airport Authority, JobsOhio and the Federal Aviation Administration, among others, for their support. The company says it operates the world's largest private jet fleet.
