Amazon Introduces a Complete Thanksgiving Meal for Just $25, With Turkeys as Low as $0.79 per Pound
SEATTLE, Washington — Amazon announced on November 2 that Amazon Grocery is offering a complete Thanksgiving meal for just $25, including a turkey plus ingredients for classic sides and dessert, with turkeys as low as $0.79 per pound. The meal is delivered with free Same-Day Delivery on orders of $25 or more, is available now through November 26 while supplies last, and can be ordered in more than 2,300 U.S. cities and towns where Amazon offers fresh groceries with Same-Day Delivery.
The $25 meal centers on an 8-pound Butterball frozen turkey, with sides and dessert ingredients including Ocean Spray jellied cranberry sauce, McCormick turkey gravy mix, Kraft Mac & Cheese, Stove Top turkey stuffing, Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, French's Crispy Fried Onions and Nestlé Carnation Evaporated Milk, alongside Amazon Grocery private-brand staples such as russet potatoes, canned whole kernel corn, whole carrots, canned cut green beans, crescent rolls, pie crusts and organic pumpkin puree.

"With Amazon, customers can get everything they need at everyday low prices — from the turkey to the sides to the serving essentials — all in one cart, delivered to their door within hours."
Beyond the meal deal, Amazon listed additional November savings: frozen turkey at $0.79 per pound from November 1 through 26, fresh turkey at $0.99 per pound from November 14 through 26, Thanksgiving staples under $4, 40% off charcuterie and party snacks from November 2 through 14, and 40% off pre-made sides from November 15 through 26. Qualifying government-assistance recipients and income-verified customers can save a further 15% to 20% on select groceries and everyday essentials through Amazon Access.
Amazon said its Same-Day Delivery selection has added more than 6,000 grocery and essentials items in the last six months, and that it is now the second-largest grocer in the United States, with fulfillment centers offering tens of thousands of items — four times the selection of a typical grocery store. Last quarter, fresh groceries made up all ten of the top sellers on Same-Day Delivery, the company said.
