Beverly Hills Traffic and Parking Commission Meets November 5: Citywide Striping Safety Enhancements on the Agenda

The Traffic and Parking Commission of Beverly Hills, a city in Los Angeles County, California, will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, November 5 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 280A at City Hall, 455 North Rexford Drive. The agenda has been published, and the public may participate in person, by phone or via live webcast.
The meeting's new business is a staff presentation on targeted safety and operational striping enhancements - also known as spot improvements - across the city, with the Commission asked to provide input on locations for potential future improvements. The Commission will also consider the minutes of its October 1 meeting, hear operations reports including from the Beverly Hills Police Department and an educational presentation on the City of Glendale's La Crescenta Avenue Rehabilitation Project, and receive project updates.
Public comment can be given in person with a speaker card, by phone at 310-288-2288, or by email to [email protected]; written comments should be submitted to the Commission's Recording Secretary by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting and are limited to 350 words. The meeting can be watched live on the city's website or on BHTV Channel 10 on Spectrum Cable, and pre-entry metal detector screening is now in place at City Hall.
