Austin Food & Wine Festival Opens November 6 for Its 15th Year With Tastings, Chef Demos and Live-Fire Cooking

The 15th Austin Food & Wine Festival runs November 6-8, 2026, at Auditorium Shores in Austin, Travis County, Texas. According to the organizers, the all-inclusive festival serves bites from Central Texas favorites and top chefs from across the country, paired with wines, brews and spirits, against views of Austin's skyline.
The weekend kicks off Friday evening with Made In Texas, an event celebrating Texas food with open-flame cooking and live music. Saturday and Sunday bring the Chef Showcase, chef demonstrations and guided tasting sessions, plus the Fire Pit, where pitmasters serve live-fire cooking and share tips.
On Saturday, November 7, the Hands-On Grilling session has participants cook a meal on a charcoal grill with pointers from Chef Tim Love. The festival's official site says Saturday tickets and Hands-On Grilling tickets are sold out, with other ticket options still on sale.
All festival events are restricted to guests 21 and older, and ticket prices include food and beverages. The festival is held at Auditorium Shores, 900 W Riverside Dr, Austin, TX 78704. The full lineup and ticket information are on the official site, austinfoodandwinefestival.com. (Source: Austin Food & Wine Festival)
