San Francisco Symphony's 19th Día de los Muertos Concert Is November 7 with Gómez Conducting
Davies Symphony Hall (201 Van Ness Ave) in San Francisco, California, hosts the San Francisco Symphony's 19th annual Día de los Muertos celebration concert on November 7 at 3 p.m., conducted by José Luis Gómez.
Violinist Francisco Fullana, salterio players David Hernández Pozos and Claudio Israel Vázquez, and Casa Círculo Cultural join the orchestra for music by Carlos Chávez, Evencio Castellanos, Luis Farfán Carrillo, Arturo Márquez and José Pablo Moncayo, in the orchestra's long-running celebration with the city's Latino community.
