Justin Timberlake to Release Four-Part 'Tell-All' Docuseries Featuring Janet Jackson

Justin Timberlake is set to release a four-part docuseries on Apple TV in December, Variety reported exclusively on November 2, with three sources describing the project as a "tell-all."
One source told Variety that Janet Jackson will discuss the "wardrobe malfunction" from the pair's 2004 Super Bowl halftime performance, while another source said Timberlake will address some of the recent comments made by his former girlfriend Britney Spears. The series is directed by Fisher Stevens.
At the end of the Super Bowl halftime show on February 1, 2004, Timberlake tore at Jackson's costume during their duet, briefly exposing her on live television. The incident set off a long national debate over broadcast decency, and Jackson bore far heavier public and career fallout than Timberlake, making her account the most closely watched part of the reported series.
Representatives for Timberlake, Jackson and Apple either had no comment or did not respond to Variety's requests, and the project has not been officially confirmed by the parties involved; further details, including a release date, were not available.
