Manchester United ended a nine-game winless run with a dramatic comeback on November 3, beating Roma 3-2 at Old Trafford in the Champions League league phase after trailing 2-0 at halftime.

Roma led through Soulé and a Malen penalty. Bruno Fernandes pulled one back from a retaken penalty in the second half, and Cunha scored twice in four minutes late on to complete the turnaround. Cunha was sent off for a second yellow card in stoppage time, but United held on, with Fernandes named player of the match.

Elsewhere, Paris Saint-Germain routed Villarreal 6-0, scoring four times in the opening 17 minutes through João Neves, Doué, Mayulu and Fabián Ruiz, who scored twice and was named player of the match. Seventeen-year-old Boly scored on his debut as Paris made it four wins from four.

Barcelona beat Aston Villa 3-0, with Lamine Yamal scoring in the seventh minute to become the highest-scoring teenager in Champions League history and Raphinha adding two. Bayern Munich beat Atlético Madrid 2-0, and Inter defeated Feyenoord 3-0.
