Bellevue Noodle Week Opens Nov. 11 with Crossing-Bridge Rice Noodles and Jjajangmyeon

Visit Bellevue announced on Nov. 4 that Bellevue Noodle Week will run Nov. 11-22 in Bellevue, King County, Washington, with restaurants offering distinctive noodle dishes, including several Chinese styles. Bobae Noodle House will serve Korean-Chinese jjajangmyeon with black bean sauce, pork and vegetables; Nan Noodles will offer traditional Yunnan crossing-the-bridge rice noodles, with hot broth and toppings cooked at the table, plus beef rib rice noodles in clear broth; Japanese restaurants including Hokkaido Ramen Santouka and Tendon Kohaku will also take part.
Noodle Week is part of the city's culinary weeks series. Bellevue's dining scene reflects the city's international character, and the Crossroads district is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in King County, with Thai noodles, Japanese ramen and Chinese noodle shops on the same block.
Some restaurants will offer gift card promotions during the event, making it easier for diners to visit multiple spots over the two weeks and experience the Seattle area's diverse noodle culture.
