The City of Riverside, in Riverside County, California, will host its Veterans Parade & Expo on Saturday, November 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Downtown Riverside, inviting the community to honor the men and women who have served the country.
This year's parade is themed “The Music of Active Duty” and will feature patriotic sights and sounds while celebrating veterans from all branches of service.
The city also notes that all city facilities will be closed on November 11 in observance of Veterans Day, and that residential trash collection for Athens Services customers with Wednesday service will occur one day later than usual.
