A brand-new luxury residential development in Walnut, a city in Los Angeles County, California, is about to make its first public appearance. On Tuesday, November 10, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Professional Alliance LLC's Broker Empowerment Academy will host a free seminar at the development site, themed "From a Blueprint to a Dream Home," at 20210 and 20220 Rhapsody Road, Walnut, CA 91789.

The seminar walks through the entire journey of a luxury home, with five speakers covering development, brokerage, escrow, construction and financing.

Jocelyn Zheng, dean of the academy, opens with "How a Luxury Development Really Happens," breaking down site selection, planning, approvals and the road to market.

Jacky Liu, broker owner of Mayland Realty, speaks on "How Agents Become a Developer's Go-To Representative," sharing how a listing agent becomes a core agent for new developments.

Sean Yi, CEO of US Escrow, presents "DRE and Escrow Compliance, Explained," covering land subdivision and key documents and procedures including the White Report and Pink Report.

Peter Li, CEO of Ali Construction, offers the builder's view in "From Land to Completion" — every step of building a luxury home, with cost control, construction priorities and quality assurance.

Jason Cai, CEO of New Dream Mortgage, closes with "Luxury Jumbo Loans: Borrow More, Save More," on how large loans can carry lower rates and better terms that cut purchase costs and improve returns.

The event is free and open to real estate agents and members of the public interested in luxury home development and buying. It takes place at the development itself, so attendees can tour the new Walnut homes on site.
