Datavault AI Founder Sues Board, Seeks Reinstatement as CEO

WILMINGTON, Del. — Nathaniel Bradley, founder of Nasdaq-listed Datavault AI, sued the company's board in the Delaware Court of Chancery on November 6, asking the court to declare his removal as chief executive officer invalid and restore him to the post.
The complaint alleges that board chairman and chief financial officer Brett Moyer orchestrated a weekend lockout and concealed a $90 million to $100 million financing proposal from independent directors.
The technology Bradley founded forms the core assets of Datavault AI. On October 28, he asked the board to consider removing Moyer as CFO. Datavault AI is a publicly traded company incorporated in Delaware, trading under the ticker DVLT.
Bradley asks the court to rule the removal process invalid and to make judicial findings on the board's conduct. The case has been filed in the Court of Chancery, which has not yet ruled.
