Fifth Hawaii Super Intelligence and Cloud Innovation Summit Held in Honolulu, Focusing on Local Infrastructure and Talent
In Honolulu, Honolulu County, Hawaii, the 5th Annual Hawaii Super Intelligence (SI) and Cloud Innovation Summit was held on November 6 at the Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort, drawing hundreds of leaders from business, government, nonprofits, education and technology.
Convened by the TRUE Initiative in partnership with the Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism, the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation and the Hawaii Executive Collaborative, the summit explored how Hawaii can turn super intelligence from experimentation into practical solutions that strengthen the state's economy and workforce. The day featured a keynote by Peter Schwartz, chief futurist at Salesforce, along with presentations and panel discussions with leaders from government, industry, academia and the nonprofit sector.
Organizers said the summit focused on how Hawaii can build greater SI self-reliance through locally governed infrastructure, data, talent development and responsible implementation strategies. This was the summit's fifth consecutive year.
