The City of Rancho Palos Verdes, in Los Angeles County, California, has issued a traffic alert: roadway repairs will be performed along Palos Verdes Drive South in the landslide area near Wayfarers Chapel on November 9-10, 2026, from approximately 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Expect delays and consider an alternate route. If you must drive through this area during this time, please proceed slowly, yield to workers, and obey traffic control at the site. Questions can be directed to Public Works at 310-544-5252.
