The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) has announced that Zane Li of the New York label LII is the winner of the 2026 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, with Aisling Camps and Emily Dawn Long named runners-up. The results were unveiled at the Fashion Fund dinner at the Crane Club in New York City, hosted by Tory Burch, Thom Browne, Chloe Malle and Anna Wintour.

The winner takes home a monetary award of $300,000, while the two runners-up each receive a grant of $100,000; the winner, runners-up and finalists will also receive business mentorships. CFDA Chairman Thom Browne said the Fashion Fund is an important reminder of why the industry must continue to champion original voices and true creativity, and that each of this year's finalists brings a distinct point of view. Chloe Malle, head of editorial content at American Vogue, pointed to finalists' materials ranging from silk made of orange peels to fabrics inspired by prehistoric dinosaurs as proof that imagination is not in short supply.

Ten designers were finalists this year; besides the three honorees, they were Amir Taghi, Terrence Zhou of Bad Binch Tongtong, Jamie Haller, Julia Ferentinos of Juju Vera, George Inaki of Milamore, Claire Sullivan of Miss Claire Sullivan, and Zoe Gustavia Anna Whalen. The 2026 Fashion Fund is supported by Bloomingdale's, Humane World for Animals, Instagram, Nordstrom and Vogue. (Source: Council of Fashion Designers of America)
