Los Angeles Regional VBOC Hosts Week of Events for National Veterans Small Business Week November 9-13
During National Veterans Small Business Week, from November 9 through 13, the Los Angeles Regional Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC) is hosting a full week of in-person and virtual events designed to support veteran entrepreneurs and military spouses across the Los Angeles region.
The week begins on Monday, November 9, with a webinar titled 'Veteran Small Business Support Resources,' with events throughout the week built around the support available to veteran-owned businesses. National Veterans Small Business Week is coordinated by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and this year's theme is 'Honoring Veteran-Owned, American Made.'
SBA offices including the Mid-Atlantic region are promoting the week in parallel, inviting veterans, service members, National Guard and Reserve members, and military spouse entrepreneurs to no-cost events, with theme days covering manufacturing and agriculture, supply chain procurement and the federal marketplace, and capital access and acquisition financing.
Veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs in the Los Angeles area can find registration details for each session through the VBOC and the SBA's event pages.
