Serie A Lead Cut to One Point: Lazio Draw 1-1 at Napoli, Inter Beat Como 2-0, Pulisic Scores in Milan's 2-1 Win at Genoa

Serie A leaders Lazio saw their advantage at the top cut to one point on Sunday after a 1-1 draw at Napoli, while Inter Milan beat Como 2-0 and AC Milan won 2-1 at Genoa with a goal from U.S. international Christian Pulisic.
Davide Frattesi put Lazio ahead in the 28th minute on a counter-attack from Tijjani Noslin's pass, but Lazio substitute Alfonso Pedraza deflected a cross into his own net three minutes after halftime. Lazio remain top on 29 points, one ahead of Inter and two clear of third-placed Roma, while Napoli sit 10th on 15 points. Lazio coach Gennaro Gattuso played down title talk, saying his side must take it day by day.
Napoli coach Massimiliano Allegri has won only five of his opening 15 matches, a return sporting director Giovanni Manna called unacceptable; Allegri urged calm while injured players return. Roma and Lazio are the first teams from the same city to remain unbeaten through the opening 11 matches of a Serie A season.
For Inter, Francesco Pio Esposito prodded home in the 12th minute and Marcus Thuram doubled the lead seven minutes later. AC Milan's early goals from Alphadjo Cisse and Christian Pulisic lifted them to 24 points, one ahead of Como.
