Crossroads Church Founder Brian Tome Steps Down as Senior Pastor
Brian Tome, founder of Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, Ohio, announced during his Sunday sermon that he is stepping down as senior pastor, the Christian Post reported on Oct. 5. Kyle Ranson takes over as senior pastor while Tome becomes 'founding senior pastor,' focusing on camp ministries, his podcast and speaking. Tome said 30 years of day-to-day leadership had grown tiring; the arrangement is a five-year, annually renewable contract, and he stressed he is not leaving the congregation.
