Trump, in Newsmax White House Interview, Floats Pardons for Aides and Repeats Claim That Minnesota Victories Were Taken From Him

President Donald Trump said in an Oct. 15 Newsmax interview at the White House that he might use the presidential pardon power to shield members of his staff from what he called politicized judicial investigations. He insisted that he won Minnesota in three elections but was denied the victories, and he called California's elections rigged, saying Republican gubernatorial candidate Steve Hilton would have a hard time winning there. All of the above are Trump's personal claims and have not been verified.
