Aaron Tsai Speaks at Peking University's Guanghua School: Wall Street's 'King of Shells' on His Ongoing Entrepreneurial Journey

On October 31, 2026, Chinese-American capitalist Aaron Tsai (Tsai Yi-Chuan) delivered a speech titled "My Ongoing Entrepreneurial Journey" to the International MBA program at the Guanghua School of Management of Peking University in Beijing, China. Tsai posted the news and an on-site photo on his personal social media account: in the photo he stands at the lectern in a suit, microphone in hand, with twin screens behind him showing the talk's title slide; the venue clock reads 3:34 p.m.
The title slide laid out Tsai's venture portfolio, listing MAS Capital, Metron, the OHX Group / Orange and Huaxia. Tsai is the founder and chief capitalist of MAS Capital Inc. Before SPACs became mainstream, he created 101 public shell companies in the 1990s and was featured by The Wall Street Journal in 1999 as Wall Street's "King of Shells."
Beyond capital markets, Tsai has co-founded several technology and medical ventures in recent years: Metron Metabolic Medical, which works on non-invasive radiation medical technology for obesity and diabetes; Orange Corp., which develops super intelligence (SI) XR smart glasses; and Huaxia Shares Ltd., which works on terahertz 6G micro-transceivers.
Tsai is also co-founder and founding chairman of the North American Venture Capital Association (NAVCA), whose 2026 annual council meeting was held on October 18.
