Saddleback Church's 'Timeless Truths' Series Week 2 Teaches 'We Reap What We Sow,' With an Online Night of Worship on November 12

Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, Orange County, California, continued its 'Timeless Truths' teaching series into Week 2 this weekend. In the church's official newsletter sent to subscribers on November 1, Online Community Campus Pastor Charissa Goulard introduced the second timeless principle: 'We Reap What We Sow.'
In this week's service, Lead Pastor Andy Wood encouraged congregants that fruit comes from being invested in a church. The church invited members who have not yet found their place to attend the next Activate on November 8, designed to help them find their place in the church family. The service can be watched on the church's livestream page and its official YouTube channel, and Pastor Andy's 'Stronger' podcast releases new episodes every Monday.
Two more online-community events follow: a Night of Worship for the online community on November 12, held on Zoom with live music and a time of prayer, with advance sign-up required; and Financial Peace University, a nine-week class starting Mondays on November 16 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Pacific, teaching step by step how to budget, beat debt and invest wisely, with course leaders walking alongside participants each week.
The newsletter also reminded members that Daylight Saving Time ended on November 1, and that online members joining from different regions should double-check time conversions for upcoming events.
