Chinese-Owned Q2 China Bistro in Columbus Polaris Area to Close October 26
Q2 China Bistro, a Chinese-owned restaurant at 472 Polaris Parkway in Columbus, Ohio, will close its doors on October 26. The 17-year-old restaurant announced the closure on social media, calling it a 'bittersweet' journey and saying 'it's time to say goodbye,' while thanking the community for 17 years of support.
Q2 China Bistro specialized in Chinese comfort food — potstickers, noodles, spring rolls and eggplant dishes — with a signature scallion oil noodle dish reputed to be among the best in Columbus. It was a familiar spot for Chinese and other diners in the Polaris retail district of north Columbus.
The announcement did not state a reason for the closure. Q2 will remain open through October 26 for regulars to pay a final visit. (GSM, from 614NOW reporting)
