Tampa Advances 56-Acre K-Bar Ranch Park; Community Launch Meeting on October 15
Tampa is a city in Hillsborough County, Florida. The City of Tampa announced on October 12 that it is planning a new 56-acre park at K-Bar Ranch in New Tampa, where 10,300 saplings have been planted over the past year. The park is envisioned with multipurpose athletic fields, trails, picnic facilities and play areas. Councilman Luis Viera, Parks and Recreation Director Ted Fowler and members of the Skanska project team will host a project launch community meeting on October 15 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Cross Creek Park and Recreation Center, 19019 Basset Creek Drive.
