California Ballot Drop Boxes Open; 14 Propositions on the Ballot
Ballot drop boxes opened across California on Monday, Oct. 5, as mail-in ballots reach voters — from the governor's race to 14 ballot propositions shaping the state's future.
"Californians, it's time to vote! Check your mailbox and return your ballot as soon as possible," Gov. Newsom said Oct. 6. Secretary of State Shirley Weber urged early returns.
Boxes are open 24 hours through Election Day, Nov. 3, 8 p.m. Find locations at caearlyvoting.sos.ca.gov by county, city or ZIP. (Via Desert Sun)
