Moreno Valley Council Votes Unanimously to Ask State Water Board to Review Regional Water Order
Moreno Valley is a city in Riverside County, California. After a closed-session discussion of potential litigation on Oct. 6, the Moreno Valley City Council voted 5-0 to direct the city attorney to petition the California State Water Resources Control Board to review the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board's adoption of Order R8-2026-0034 and the associated NPDES permit CAS618000.
