'Pretty Little Liars' Star Keegan Allen Robbed at Gunpoint in West Hollywood, Needed Stitches
'Pretty Little Liars' star Keegan Allen was robbed at gunpoint and knifepoint Thursday night outside the upscale Laurel Supply grocery store in West Hollywood, leaving him bloodied and needing stitches.
Allen, 37, took to Instagram Stories on Saturday to share a close-up photo showing two cuts on his temple that required sutures, adding that he was "healing." In a video, he described how two masked men ambushed him, pointing a gun at his head and holding a knife to him before stealing his watch. "These two dudes hit me in the head and pointed a gun at me with a knife, and then took off," he said, bloodied across his face, neck and clothing. "They had masks on and took my watch."
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office confirmed to TMZ that the incident occurred on Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood, where Allen was loading items into his truck in the store's parking lot. Security footage shows two masked men in black approaching; one struck Allen in the head multiple times with a gun while the other held him at knifepoint. The duo fled with only his watch, letting him keep a bracelet and a ring. Paramedics treated him for a head laceration at the scene; Allen later went to the hospital, saying he suspected a concussion.
Allen called the attack proof that "West Hollywood is not safe anymore." Police are still searching for the two suspects.
