Hemet's New Fire Chief Ryon Dierck to Be Sworn In Oct. 15; Public Invited
Hemet is a city in Riverside County, California. The City of Hemet is inviting community members to attend the swearing-in ceremony of new Fire Chief Ryon Dierck. The ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 15 at 9:30 a.m. in the City Council Chambers at 450 E. Latham Avenue. The city's announcement notes that the entrance and parking for the chambers are located behind the Police Department building.
Dierck's appointment as fire chief comes amid a leadership transition at Hemet City Hall: on Sept. 29, the City Council unanimously appointed Ernie Reyna as the new city manager. In its Oct. 8 announcement, the city welcomed community members to attend the fire chief's swearing-in ceremony.
