Wildomar Digitizes City Services: CivicRec Reservations Open, City App Tops 300 Resolved Requests, 112 Solar Permits Issued Automatically

Wildomar — Wildomar is a city in Riverside County, California. The City of Wildomar reported progress on three digital city services in its 2026 State of the City presentation, summarized by Citizen Portal on October 13: CivicRec, the city's facility-reservation system, is now in use; the city's service app, powered by SeeClickFix, has resolved more than 300 resident requests since launch; and Symbium, an automated solar-permitting system, has issued 112 permits since it went live.
Mayor Carlos Marquez highlighted the digital services among the city's accomplishments this year. According to the city, CivicRec lets residents reserve city facilities online, the app lets residents submit service requests and track their resolution, and the automated solar system streamlines compliance review for residential solar applications, shortening permit turnaround.
Wildomar City Hall is at 23873 Clinton Keith Road, Suite 106, and the City Council generally meets at 6 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month in the Council Chambers.
