Celine Dion Wraps Paris Residency After 16 Sold-Out Shows, Adds 10 Dates for May 2027
PARIS — Canadian singer Celine Dion played the 16th and final show of her Paris residency at Plenitude Arena on Saturday night, October 17. The five-week run drew more than 500,000 fans in total — over 32,000 per show — setting a box-office record for the venue.
At the finale, Dion announced she will return to Paris for 10 more shows in May 2027, on May 8, 12, 14, 15, 19, 21, 22, 26, 28 and 29. Wearing custom Chanel, she closed the night with her new single "Bonjour, Pardon, Merci."
Dion has sharply limited public performances in recent years because of health issues, making the Paris residency a major step in her return to big stages; all 16 shows sold out. (GSM, compiled from wire reports)
