Fall Festival Continues Sunday at LA's Original Farmers Market With Pumpkin Patch and Petting Zoo
LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles is a city in Los Angeles County, California. The Original Farmers Market at 6333 W 3rd St, at Fairfax Avenue, holds its annual Fall Festival on October 17–18, with the festival continuing on Sunday. The market's official event page lists a petting zoo, Mr. Jack O'Lantern's Pumpkin Patch and games, an appearance by the Urban Saddles equestrian group, fall crafts, photo opportunities and live music, with free admission.
Open since 1934, the Original Farmers Market is one of the city's longest-running open-air markets, sitting next to The Grove in the Fairfax district. Dozens of food stalls and eateries operate at the market year-round, and the Fall Festival is its regular autumn celebration, scheduled this year on the weekend before Halloween week.
The market's Sunday hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Parking is available on site, and the market is also reachable by Metro and bus.
