Maryland: Feast & Fettle Invests $5 Million in Howard County Production Hub, Eyes 250-Plus Jobs at Full Capacity
Howard County, Maryland, has landed another jobs project. Premium prepared meal delivery company Feast & Fettle held a ribbon cutting on October 20 at its Mid-Atlantic production hub in Elkridge, saying it has invested $5 million over the past year in the 25,600-square-foot facility.
According to the company's news release issued via PR Newswire, the facility currently employs about 30 people, and the company plans to add 150 positions between now and early 2027, expecting to employ more than 250 people at full capacity over the next couple of years. Beginning in January 2027, the hub will add full meal production, expanding the fulfillment and distribution role it has played for Washington, D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia since the company's Mid-Atlantic expansion was announced in January 2026. The hub is expected to generate an estimated $30 million in revenue in 2027, with jobs across food production, inventory, packout, food safety and quality, logistics and operations.
"We are excited to welcome Feast & Fettle to Howard County, which will bring 250 full-time jobs to Elkridge over the next three years," said Howard County Executive Calvin Ball. "Opening in our first-ever Enterprise Zone, their continued investment in Howard County is a testament to our efforts to bolster innovation and economic opportunity." CEO Carlos Ventura said the financial investment was just the beginning, with the real commitment in infrastructure and people.
Founded in 2016, Feast & Fettle is known for high-quality prepared meals and vertically integrated operations, with meals prepared in its own commissary kitchens and hand-delivered by its in-house team. The company said its growth has been supported by state and local economic development partners, and noted that in 2025 it partnered with the Howard County Food Bank to provide meals to furloughed federal workers.
