Xbox used its ID@Xbox x IGN Showcase on October 20, 2026, to hand release dates to almost 20 indie games headed to Xbox Series X|S and PC. "That's a wrap on the ID@XBOX x IGN Showcase! Check out the recap on all the indie games on the way," Xbox wrote as the stream finished.

The year-end dates run dense. Scramble Knights Online, described as an MMO-lite action RPG, launches on October 26 and marked the date with a gameplay trailer. The Wolf Among Us Remastered arrives on October 29, the same day Wrong Organ's horror hit Mouthwashing comes to consoles, more than two years after its PC debut. Zero Parades: Director's Cut, the espionage RPG developed by ZA/UM, follows on November 3 on Xbox Series X|S and PC, and A Game About Digging a Hole Together reaches Xbox on December 4, with Steam, PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2 versions to follow at a later date. Paper Shredder is set for winter 2026.

Publisher CRITICAL REFLEX landed three titles in the same stretch: Arctic Eggs, a game about frying eggs on Mount Everest, arrived on Xbox the day of the showcase; Mouthwashing follows on October 29; and No, I'm not a Human, in which players interrogate door-knocking strangers to spot shape-shifting imposters, comes to Xbox in 2027. The showcase also dated a 2027 slate including Rustown and Croak, alongside the previously announced Shrek 2 Remastered on November 10.
