Hemet Council Introduces Ordinance 2084: Tiered Approvals and New Fire-Safety Plan Requirement for Logistics and Warehouse Projects
HEMET, California — The City Council of Hemet, in Riverside County, California, introduced Ordinance 2084 on October 14, a zoning amendment for logistics and warehouse projects that creates a tiered approval system and new operational standards.
