Escondido Launches Rainy-Season Preparedness Page for Fall and Winter Storms
The City of Escondido, in San Diego County, California, has launched a 'Stay Ready, Rain or Shine' preparedness page gathering city and county resources to help residents prepare for fall and winter rain, gusty winds and localized flooding. The page links to San Diego County's El Niño resource hub and the city's emergency preparedness page, and provides sandbag information and channels for reporting weather-related problems through the city's 'Report It' system.
