KeyBank Foundation Gives $150,000 to Food Bank of Alaska

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — The KeyBank Foundation announced a $150,000 grant to the Food Bank of Alaska on October 23, supporting the nonprofit's statewide food distribution network.
The Food Bank of Alaska works with more than 150 partner agencies and distributed 10.1 million pounds of food in 2025. Its service area spans some 650,000 square miles, and about 80 percent of Alaska residents live in communities not connected to the road system, making air and marine transport essential to food deliveries.
Food bank and KeyBank officials McCaffrey and Durr said the funding will help sustain food purchasing and distribution capacity for remote communities across the state.
