Massachusetts Opens 2027 Health Coverage Enrollment
Open enrollment for 2027 health coverage in Massachusetts began on October 23. The state Health Connector is accepting applications and renewals through January 23, 2027; residents who want coverage to start January 1 must enroll by December 23.
Governor Maura Healey and Health Connector officials Mahaniah and Gasteier presented this year's enrollment arrangements and subsidy information at a morning event on October 23 at the Bruce C. Bolling Building in Roxbury, Boston.
The state also plans to light the Zakim Bridge in teal on October 26 to mark the start of open enrollment.
