Idaho Women's Soccer Hosts Southern Utah in Home Finale on Oct. 25, Honoring Nine Seniors on Senior Day
On October 25, the University of Idaho women's soccer team will play its final home game of the season against Southern Utah, on a Senior Day that will honor nine graduating players before kickoff. Idaho has built its season on defense, with nine shutouts and only nine goals conceded in 15 matches, and a 4-0-3 home record (four wins, no losses, three draws). Southern Utah is known for its firepower, having scored 30 goals this season — one shy of the program record. Idaho leads the all-time series 5-1-2 (five wins, one loss, two draws), but Southern Utah's high-powered attack will be a tough test for the home defense. Afterward, Idaho goes on the road to face Portland State on October 29.
