On October 25, rock band Rush's tour was held at Capital One Arena in Washington, with the show starting at 7:30 p.m. The tour pays tribute to the progressive rock band's decades of musical legacy, and the live show was expected to bring a large-scale performance experience with classic songs, refined arrangements and immersive lighting and sound. For longtime fans, it was a chance to relive the band's signature works; for new audiences, an introduction to the appeal of progressive rock live. The arena is located in the Penn Quarter downtown, with convenient dining and transportation nearby, and evening concert crowds were expected to be concentrated.
