Honolulu: Free Waikiki Fall Hana Festival on Oct. 25 with Family Activities and Costume Parade

On October 25, the Waikiki Shopping Plaza in Honolulu held its Fall Hana Festival, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., with free admission. The event took place on the 5th floor of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza at 2250 Kalakaua Avenue, featuring food stalls, children's activities and a costume parade, with parade participants gathering at noon in the costume parade area. The organizer said the event was open to all ages, that children needed to register in advance for some activities, and that parking validation discounts were offered on site. For local Honolulu families, it was a free community event suited to a Sunday morning with children, adding a festive atmosphere to the Waikiki shopping district's weekend.
