Upper Broadway Harvest Festival Opens Free in New York on October 25: Crafts, Food and Children's Rides
From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on October 25, the Upper Broadway Harvest Festival took place along Broadway between West 96th and West 106th Streets in Manhattan, with free admission.
