Dallas County Early Voting Enters Its Final Week on October 26, Open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Early voting in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, entered its final week on October 26. According to the schedule published by the Dallas County Elections Department, the early voting period runs from October 19 to October 30, and weekday voting hours from October 26 to October 30 are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Registered Dallas County voters may vote at any early voting location in the county and do not need to go to an assigned precinct site; the county elections website offers a polling place map and sample ballot lookup. Areas of the Dallas-Fort Worth region with large Chinese populations, such as Richardson, Garland and Irving, all have voting sites, and voters can choose whichever is convenient to their schedule.
Voters must bring a Texas-approved photo ID, including a Texas driver's license, a Texas election identification certificate, a license to carry a handgun, a U.S. passport, a military ID or a citizenship certificate with a photo; voters without such ID may sign a reasonable impediment declaration and present supporting documents. On Election Day, November 3, Dallas County polling places will likewise be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The county Elections Department reminds voters that phones and cameras may not be used within 100 feet of a polling place, and clothing bearing a particular candidate's insignia may not be worn.
