Architecture Firm Trivers Opens Northeast Office in Boston

Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, welcomed the regional expansion of a national architecture firm on October 26. According to a GlobeNewswire announcement on October 26, St. Louis-headquartered Trivers announced the opening of a Northeast regional office in Boston, to be led by architect Robert Carroll.
Trivers is a firm known for historic preservation, adaptive reuse and mission-driven architecture; it just celebrated its 50th anniversary this year, and its team is licensed in 22 states. Carroll has extensive regional connections and project experience in historic preservation and adaptive reuse; he took part in the renovation and expansion of the Boston Athenaeum and the expansion of the Alice Dodge Wallace Center for the Performing Arts at Emma Willard School, and has held leadership roles on projects for institutions including Columbia University, Harvard University and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
The firm said Boston has one of the densest concentrations of historic institutions and community resources in the country, and that the Northeast office was established to meet the region's growing adaptive reuse market demand; it will draw on existing regional partnerships to advance the revitalization of existing places in a collaborative way.
