UA Little Rock Choirs Sing 'Vox Femme' on the Evening of October 26, Honoring a Millennium of Women in Music

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The University of Arkansas at Little Rock Choirs will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. on October 26 for 'Vox Femme,' a concert honoring women in music across more than a thousand years. According to the university's October 22 concert announcement, the program will present works by women composers across the centuries, showing women's enduring influence on musical creation.
Built around the theme of 'women's voices,' the program spans eras and styles, from historical classics to modern works, and the choirs hope audiences will hear the creativity of women musicians across that long history. The concert is open to the public, and the university advises attendees to check the venue and admission arrangements in advance.
