Early voting in Richmond, Virginia, continued on Monday, October 26, with voters able to vote in person at three designated polling locations. According to the Richmond Office of Elections, the early voting period runs from September 18 to October 31, with weekday voting hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The three locations are the Office of Elections (2134 West Laburnum Avenue), Hickory Hill (3000 Belt Boulevard) and City Hall (900 East Broad Street), the latter two open since October 18. November 3 is Election Day, when polling places are open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Ballot content varies by a voter's address and includes the U.S. Senate, the U.S. House of Representatives and local offices; voters in Richmond School Board District 6 will also see the District 6 School Board special election. The ballot also includes three Virginia constitutional amendments, concerning reproductive freedom, voting rights and marriage equality. Regular registration and mail-ballot applications closed on October 23, but after October 23 voters can still register the same day and vote by provisional ballot.
