San Diego County, California Holds Oct. 27 Hearing on FY 2027-28 Annual Plan Strategy for Four Federal Housing Programs
In San Diego, a city in San Diego County, California, the Board of Supervisors held a public hearing at 9 a.m. on October 27 in Room 310 of the County Administration Center, 1600 Pacific Highway, on the Fiscal Year 2027-28 Annual Plan Strategy, setting funding priorities for four federal entitlement programs: the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs. The HOME program covers the Urban County plus six Consortium cities: Carlsbad, Encinitas, La Mesa, San Marcos, Santee, and Vista. HOPWA serves the entire San Diego County region.
