Equipment Maker Essemtec Moves Its U.S. Headquarters to Woburn, Massachusetts; New 2,500-Square-Foot Site Includes a Demo Center
Woburn, in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, has gained the U.S. headquarters of a manufacturing equipment company: Essemtec, the surface-mount equipment business of Nano Dimension, has moved its U.S. headquarters to a new site in Woburn, according to an announcement on October 28, 2026.
The new 2,500-square-foot facility combines offices, training space and a demonstration area. Equipment currently on display includes the FOX Ultra multifunction platform, which integrates dispensing, placement and inspection; the Tarantula dispensing system; and a full range of dispensing valves. A Lizard reflow oven will be added soon, letting customers evaluate a complete process flow on site. Visitors can run demonstrations on their own circuit boards and test dispensing and placement processes before making an investment decision.
Nano Dimension said the move comes as demand for Essemtec equipment grows, particularly in aerospace and defense. The company also works with large electronics manufacturing services providers, is involved in AI-related manufacturing, and has expanded deployments with space and satellite companies.
Nano Dimension interim CEO Moshe Rosenboim said Essemtec is performing exceptionally well, with revenue growth accelerating and strong commercial momentum driven by rising demand from leading aerospace and defense customers.
